Video Transcript

"In this clip, we're going to practice another breath, which is also called nodi cleansing, it's alternate nostril breathing. And this is especially for purification of the body and mind. So, bring your right hand up and block off your right nostril with your right thumb. Begin to inhale through the left nostril, now take your right index finger or pinkie and close off the left nostril and exhale through the right nostril now. Now inhale through the right nostril with the left nostril closed. Close off the right nostril and exhale through the left nostril. Continue this practice for about three minutes, focusing in and out at the brow points."
