Video Transcript

"In this clip, we're going to begin our Kundalini yoga practice, but before beginning any practice in Kundalini yoga, we always tune in with a mantra which protects us and provides a link to the golden chain of teachers. The mantra is: ong-na-mo-guru-dev-na-mo. It literally means: I bow to the creative consciousness, to the teacher within. So, bring your hands into prayer pose, at the heart center, and we'll inhale deeply to tune in. Inhale. Ong-na-mo-guru-dev-na-mo. Ong-na-mo-guru-dev-na-mo. Keep in mind when chanting ong-na-mo-guru-dev-na-mo, you will chant it at least three times before you begin your practice."
