"In this clip I'm going to talk about Kundalini yoga, and what it is. Kundalini yoga is different than other yogas. It's actually the most ancient and sacred of all the yogas. It was brought to us in nineteen sixty-nine by Yogi Bhajan, who is a master of Kundalini yoga. Kundalini yoga is meant for householders, which means everybody can do it. You don't have to be a yogi, or an acrobat, or retired to a cave. You don't have to give up your life, and in as little as three minutes you can change your awareness, your consciousness, your focus, feel calm and relaxed and exulted. And, finally, Kundalini yoga is the yoga to take us through the aquarian age. It will help us to be more radiant, to have more clarity, to be more fully human, and we can become more happy, healthy and whole."
