"Okay, so our marguerite pizza sauce is done, the pesto sauce is done. Now for the dough. You could home make the dough, absolutely. But if you want a really quick shortcut, most grocery stores have it available for you, and this dough, I actually found completely by accident. I was just looking for just regular dough--they also often make whole wheat pizza dough--but this one is an herb and garlic dough, so it just smells wonderful, and will be great with the rest of the toppings that are going to go on this. Rolling pizza dough out can be quite challenging, and don't be disheartened that you're going to be fighting with it. I was fighting with this a little bit earlier. One thing that helps you win the fight against the pizza dough is cornmeal. This helps it, when you stretch it out, to retain its shape. Now you can see that mine is totally not even close to perfect right now. I had to patch over here, but you can use this tool even before your pizza's done. If you want to square off your edges, go right ahead, patch it up, get it nice and even so that it retains your toppings evenly. And now we'll start with the toppings."
