"Alright! So step two of this very simple sauce and this is really it. I got the burner on putting about two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in the pan, heating that up and just adding to that these seeded tomatoes. You can see a couple of the seeds Kind of snuck in there, But it's no big deal. Turn that down, I just heated it so that the oil will just get nice and hot, so that is going to reduce down, and I've kept some of the liquid, not from the center of the tomatoes, but that were around the tomatoes in the can because if you find the sauce isn't sort of smooth enough you can add a little bit of it until it's the desired consistency, but this really needs to cook for ten to fifteen minutes it's going to reduce get thick, the tomatoes are going to disintegrate, and make sort of a puree which is going to be ready to go on the top of our Margretta Pizza."
