"Alright so the first thing we are going to do is we are going to make our sauce for the margarita pizza. This is a super simple tomato sauce. And you can see the first step we are going to do is we are going to drain these tomatoes. I've already drained these ones and I will get rid of this extra liquid right now actually. This is just a can. Twenty eight ounces of whole plum tomatoes. I am going to grab. Seeded these earlier. Drain and seed them. And how you do that you take the plum tomato score it on one side. This is why we have this bowl handy here. And empty out the seeds and the excess liquid cause it is going to be far too runny to on top of your pizza otherwise. Those seeds first of all they are unsightly but they are also a bit bitter. That's my last one here. Drain that out. This tomato is a bit split any how. Cut it open a little more. Remove the seeds. Okay, I've got the excess liquid out of those. Take the back out of the bowl now that you have put them there. And we are going to just roughly coarsely chop them. These are all pretty much going to disintegrate in the cooking process any how. Okay I am going to finish cutting these and we will bring this over to the stove to start the sauce."
