"So that creamed butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla, we are going to add, on the side first, two and 1/4 cup all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder. And those two, we are just going to whisk together. Some people say you can just dump it all in for cookies but I am a little hesitate and I would rather do it in stages. So, a few different stages again so I don't get flour everywhere, I am going to and the second edition. If you pull your beaters out of the dough while it is still going, you might get a few bits here and there that come onto the counter, but generally what that will do, is you won't be left with this mass of dough. I am just going to finish it off with the spatula. And we are missing one crucial ingredient for these chocolate chip cookies or three crucial ingredients in our case; three different kinds chocolate chips. Got the dark chocolate; adding 1/2 cup of those. Milk chocolate and white chocolate which actually isn't chocolate at all. It?s a wrong name because there are no cocoa solids; there are cocoa liquor in it which therefore, makes it caffeine free"
