"Lastly, for our picnic, we need a little dessert, a little sweet. So, I am going to make the best chocolate chip cookies. This is my cousin's recipe. I got one cup of butter. To that, I am going to add a cup of brown sugar. Brown sugar is what makes the cookies chewy. And another 1/2 cup of white sugar is what makes the edges crispy. This mixer is very strong. Okay. And now I am going to add 2 eggs. You saw the butter was room temperature, absolutely essential for this. 2 eggs also at room temperature. Going to add, it's Tahitian vanilla, 2 teaspoons. Something about the vanilla, its very strong vanilla and the brown sugar makes these cookies really pop. Okay, that is creamed and now we will add the dry ingredients."
