"All right, I think it's time to, oh beautiful! Look at that, we've got the grill marks from before, we saw that. These are tender, see how the pepper just gives like that? As well as the mushrooms, the shitakes, those are tender. Beautiful! Those are ready to take off the grill, and we can actually put them right back onto the tray that we brought them out on, which you would never do, of course, with, these I put on at last minute, let me flip those quickly. You would never do that with meat, of course, because of the contamination of the, the germs of the meat, but that's not a problem obviously, with vegetables. You can just put them right back on there. Now the peppers I'm not going to put with all the other vegetables. I'm going to place them, just in a grocery bag, you know what you picked out your apples at the store and you put them in that bag, keep the bag. Because, this is the trick for removing the skins of peppers so easily, take them off. I'm going to finish getting these all off the grill. Let that sit, and our sandwich will be ready to assemble."
