" Hi! I’m Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com, and right now I’m going to describe to you a way of stretching out your buttocks area as well as your neck. This stretch is most commonly known as the fetal position. You first want lie down on an exercise mat. Pull both your legs up and then wrap your arms around them. Slowly apply pressure. You’ll feel the stretch right here. You can just hold it Inhale and exhale while you’re doing this. A way of stretching your neck at the same time, if you feel comfortable, is lifting it up and pointing it toward your knees. You don’t want to apply too much pressure, especially to the neck, because pulling a muscle will inhibit you from doing many daily tasks. "
