" Hi! I’m Angela on behalf of expertvillage.com, and right now I’m going to describe how to stretch your back. This is really important if you’re running a lot, because after a rigorous run you’re back tends to get very soar, the lover half and in the middle. What you first want to do is get on your knees like this, and almost treat it like a yoga move. Inhale and exhale frequently. You want to bend down like this and exhale, and then slowly lean backward and place your hands on your heels. You can feel the stretch in your back immediately, and it’s very relaxing. It’s almost like a little bridge. Then what you can do when you’re in this stance is slowly come up, and then relax again. Repeat this process a few times. When you do is you want to hold it for maybe about 15 seconds. "
