"The tricep stretch is for the back part of the arm, that three headed muscle behind the bicep. We're going to start by bringing our arm out to the side, and then reaching our hand towards our back. If it touches, great, if you've got that active range of motion, if not, stop where it's comfortable where it's not bringing you out of neutral posture. Once you find your stopping point, your active range of motion, then we're going to press forward, apply a force of resistance against our hand to facilitate and elongate the stretch up through the elbow shooting it right up towards the ceiling leaving the neutral posture. So, we don't want to press back, push back, or forward, but try to stay in line as neutral as possible and release and shoot that energy up towards the ceiling, stretching and holding ten, working our way up to thirty seconds each side."
