"Hello I?m Mark Pesce from France and on behalf of Expert Village, I?m going to cook you a French meal called Ratatouille. So now we have onions and peppers cooking. We're going add to it eggplant that we cut just before. So it is always dramatically part because is full is going be full the plate so we have to be careful to not throw the egg plant outside. There we go so what I?m trying to do now that's why you should have a bigger pot is even better because I?m going try a little bit to mix with the pepper, and little with the onion. All my dish is a bit of a trouble oh well we will be fine so don't worry you will have space for the next part. Don't worry so now I 'm going close it and let this thing cooking for a little bit. So we can move onto the next part after that so that's it."
