"Hello, I?m Mark Pesce on behalf of Expert Village I?m going to cook you the French meal called Ratatouille. So now we start cooking. I put already some olive oil into the plate a little bit. And now were going to start by the onion and the garlic so I put the garlic and the onion into the plate with olive oil and were going to mix a little bit. So I cook it until it?s a little bit soft. Got to get soft. Only thing you got to be careful is not to cook to quick so they don?t burn. Make sure its doesn?t burn. Ok I?m going to add a little bit of olive oil, cause there are many onions and stuff so I prefer to add a little bit. Ok hmm start to smell onion its good. So now I?m going to speed to cook this and now let?s move on to the next part. Let?s go."
