"Hello I am Mark Pesce from France on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to cook you a French meal called Ratatouille. So this step is about the eggplant. I am going to cut this one. But remember we have two, but I am only going to show you, show you only one. So, I start by this side, cut this off. And then what I like to do is cutting from this part, and this we make the pieces a little bit smaller because it's quite a big vegetable, and don't want to have too many big parts in the dish. Don't do it too small also because, when it starts to cook, it starts to get smaller. And after, it's still good but I prefer this way. It's not a big mistake if you do small pieces don't worry. As I said it's a really easy meal to cook. So like it's starts to get bigger so you can also cut this part. This side, this side gets bigger. Good for this quarter. And so I am going to finish because it takes a little bit of time. Than we are going to move on to the next part. Thank you."
