"Hello I am Mark Pesce from France on behalf of Expert Village, I am going to cook you a French meal called Ratatouille. So, now we are cutting the garlic, two garlic. So, I am going to just cut small pieces. So its better, I am just cutting garlic. Thing is don't do too big because otherwise it's really too strong. Once again if you love the garlic, don't cut it too small. Just cut it, cut it small pieces. You can cut it even smaller but I don't because I don't want to spend my whole day cutting garlic. It's a little bit long. So, now I am finishing cutting my garlic and then we can move on to the next step."
