"Hi, I'm Lori Schneider with Figs Catering in Austin, Texas. On behalf of Expert Village, today we are going to show you how to make a baked sun dried casserole with sun dried tomatoes. As we add that, we are going to add about a half cup of almond flippers. Again, this is going to help with our nutty flavor and give us a unique crunch. We are just going to mix this all up and let it toast. Make sure that you keep an eye on this because you don't want to burn your bread crumbs and if you don't watch it, it is very easy to do. But this stuff will really incorporate a lot of butter flavor and a lot of crunch to the top of our casserole. I am just going to keep stirring it until we get that nice golden color on our almonds and our bread crumbs. So as you can see, our bread crumbs are turning a nice light brown color. I am not going to brown them all the way through because it is going to bake a little bit more in the oven so I don't want them to overcook. So I am going to do them about half way and as you can see here, about half of our bread crumbs are browned and the other half are still a little bit lighter, so this is perfect. We are going to take off the heat and place into a bowl. "
