"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to teach you how to make baked chicken with mojo. I'm going to go ahead and take my chicken out of the refrigerator now. You are going to notice that there is some liquid on the bottom sitting. Try to hold the chicken and dump out the liquid, the excess liquid you don't want that. You want just your chicken. That is very important for you to go ahead and put some holes in here and squeeze in some places where you put in your seasonings. That is how we really season this kind of meat is we take a knife and we go ahead and place holes in places. It gives just more flavor and let the mojo sit into these holes. Some people take like a little toothpick and stuff. I go ahead and take a knife and stab it. You know why? Cause later on I'm going to place pieces of garlic inside of my chicken. We would start it up like that, my mama always did that. That is the way that we do it."
