"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Lizbeth Muller and today I'm going to teach you how to make baked chicken with mojo. Remember that I took the inside of the chicken out and it was wrapped in a plastic like this and it is usually is. You can make really good soup with some of this stuff; it has a neck bone and it is great for chicken soup. So we are going to place that in the freezer and use it in another occasion. Take advantage of all the pieces that the whole chicken brings and you can make stuff with it later on. So we are going to proceed to go on to showing you how to make homemade mojo. So there we go we are going to take a cup and a spoon or you know a masher that you can just go like that with and go ahead and proceed to break up the garlic and everything else. "
