on 4/13/2009 How do u do this if ur my age (13) & have never done gymnastics be4 well apart from handstands and a headstand and a couple of roles. I dont have a spotter but i really wanna learn the basics of gymnastics & trampolinging. even if its just like as handspring or sumfink.! Is it okayy for me to do this?? x
