Now we’re going to demonstrate eye-hand coordination with our gymnastics ribbons. We will demonstrate to swing the ribbon, to ** the ribbon and go in different shapes. Hailey and Krissie up and down please. All the way up, extend you arm much higher Krissie, up and down. Now we’re going to do a complete circle with the ribbon and around and around. Keep your eyes on the ribbon. Nice and tall. And now do it in front of you please, circle around in front. Very good. And now you want to go around, zig zag. Ready and zig zag, nice and fast. Very good and stop. With a spiral please, hold the stick kind and circle around and around. Now do a cowboy swing with the ribbon over your head, all the way around. And now do an 8. And 8, there we go. And we can all do it down to our knees and we can come back up. Very good, one more time. And all the way down to your knees and back up. Very good. And we will be right back. "
