" Hello! My name is Matt, and on behalf of expertvillage.com, in this clip we’re going to show you a bird’s nest. We’ll be using the steel rings. Here’s some pointers when you’re doing the bird’s nest. First of all, you always grab the rings with you thumb around the ring so you can hang on tight. When you start, you bend your arms, pull your feet up, and hook them so your feet are hooked. \then you’re going to turn inside out and let your hips go down. Usually, I would not do this without a spot, unless you are very capable. So be careful, because it is a little more advanced. Because there is some danger of shoulders if you do not hang on to the rings or you miss your feet. That’s why you hook your feet inside the rings when you’re doing it. "
