"My name is Sibylle Walters. I’m the owner-director of Flairs Gymnastics located in Davie, Florida. You can find us on the web at www.flairsgymnastics.com. And now we are demonstrating a cartwheel. First we will begin our arms are up nice and tall. Choose your favorite leg to go in the front, right or left. So if you left leg is in front then you need to turn this way, right leg has to turn this way. Right. And again ladies. Right. Very small little cartwheels, little cartwheels and I’m done. One more time, ready? Step and one – two. Make sure your hands go one at a time onto the rug. And again, very slowly. One and two. Arms up, one more time, ready? And it’s one and two. After you do that so good, now you can kick your legs up a little higher. Are you ready? And go. Cartwheel, a little bit taller. There you go and again one more time. One and two. Now I will take this away and you will do it without it. Arms up, and go – cartwheel. Turn your hands one at a time. One more time. Ready and go – cartwheel. Excellent. And we will be right back. "
