" Hi! My name is Valentino Moutafov. I’m a gymnastics coach, and on behalf of expertvillage.com, we’ll introduce you to tumble track, a device used in gymnastics. If you want to know more about it, please refer to lagymnastics.com. She needs to show 4 different phases or the flip; set, flip, open, and land. She needs to open her hips more at the time of taking off the tumble track, which is called the set before the double deck. Then grab her legs when she’s upside down, flip the double deck, open to straight body position before landing it, and then land. She’s not doing that bad at this point, but she still can work on it. She’s tucking her legs a little bit early. She’s got to set a little longer and catch her legs when she’s upside down. She’s kind of pulling her shoulders back forward towards her knees. Doesn’t extend her hips quick enough in the time of punching leaving tumble track. Right there, hop. She’s a little bent over. Even though she goes straight up, she’s still a little bent over. Not bad, that’s okay. "
