On behalf of expertvillage.com, we welcome you. Today, we are going to start with basic tumbling. The first thing that they have to do is they have to stretch to perform any tumbling skill is you need to stretch your legs and your body. Your wrist has to get warmed up properly; your ankles; your shoulders. Jumping is an important part of tumbling, these are jumping jacks. "
