"Now we are going to demonstrate how we roast garlic and what we've got here is a head of garlic actually. What we are going to do is there is a base and a top and all we are going to do is take off the top and expose the actual cloves. We are going to wrap it in some tin foil. We've got our oven set on a broil setting which means there is a radiant heat coming from above. We've got some extra olive virgin oil. All we want to do is soak the top of that and just simply place that in the oven on the broil setting and we'll show you what it looks like when it is done. This is the actual finished product for roasted garlic. You can see we've got a nice golden color and it is ready to use in any recipe. "
