"So, of course, the final thing to add to the Orzo Tomato Feta Salad. Not to difficult to figure that recipe out, right. I'm just cutting, that's two of them, three romaine tomatoes. Because it contains less water than a traditional, say a hot-house tomato. You could also use cherry tomatoes if you like. Whichever one looks nice at the grocery store that day. So, add that to the top of the pasta. Then I've got a good amount of feta, about a cup there. It sort of determines on however much cheese you like. And then to finish, I'm going to put a little bit of basil. Pick out the nicest leaves here. Roll it all up, it's the easiest way. Then, using a big knife just cut it as finely as you can. The smell as soon as you cut basil just smells so fantastic. Alright, so that's all nicely cut and that's how you make an Orzo Salad."
