"Okay so the first thing we are going to start with is we are going to be making homemade barbecue sauce. We are going to start with it looks like a really big batch but it actually reduces down quiet a bit. So I'm going to take regular old ketchup. Set that down, I will just need a little bit of elbow grease to get it out. Just patience really and a second cup near the end of my ketchup supply. There we are so that is two cups of ketchup. Now to that we are going to add a quarter cup of each of these ingredients. Chili powder, roughly a quarter cup. Again this is not baking it is a art not a science. You get it roughly will just do. This is Worcestershire sauce, a quarter cup. We are going to spoon in cause we are going to add in a acid in just a moment the apple cider vinegar to off set that. We have brown sugar, we are going to mix those together first in this pot. Just make sure all of those clumps of your brown sugar is nicely broken up. Alright to that I'm going to add three cloves of finely chopped garlic, a quarter cup of lemon juice nicely strain so there is no seeds in your barbecue sauce. We are going to add half a cup of this apple cider vinegar. You have the two different kinds of acid in your sauce. Finally roughly a tablespoon of honey now there is sweetness to the brown sugar to off set the acidity of it all. Then I'm going to finish by adding two of these because this is a half a quart. You want one quart of water and then I will bring it over to the stove and we would start to simmer it. One more."
