"Hi, I'm Marieve Herington with Expert Village and today I'm doing a casual backyard barbecue. So normally for a barbecue you might think burgers, hot dogs that sort of thing. We are going to stay within the traditional foods but make it a little bit nicer and have some barbecue chicken. But we are not going to have barbecue sauce right out of the jar we are going to homemake actually, homemaking barbecue sauce its really great to give as gift particularly I find for my mail friends. Like ya homemade barbecue sauce so we are going to make some of that then of course you need a nice selection of salads for your barbecue. So a bean salad is really great especially cause a lot of people are going vegetarian so that is protein for that. Then instead of a goopy kind of macaroni salad we are going to do a pasta salad but a lite orozo tomato feta salad. Then we are going to do a homemade ceasar salad homemade crutons even the dressing will be homemade and then we will wrap up and talk about some drink ideas and dessert ideas. So let us get started."
