"Now, I'm going to take you through one and two of the second eight count. Now, your arms are going to be loathly, cross, loathly. I'm crossing with my right arm in front, my left arm behind. So, my arms go one and two. I'm going to do similar things with my feet. I'm going to show you my feet now. I'm going to start wide, one and, I'm going to cross, two. So my arms and my feet together are one and two. So, what I've done is I've ended on seven, eight. I start one and two and that begins the next section of the dance. So, I hit facing the audience, seven, eight. Go one and two. I'm jumping. I'm staying nice in the balls of my feet. I'm not rocking back on my heels because that's going to put my weight backwards and I'm not going to be able to hit the counts as quickly as the dance calls for. So, I'm here on seven, eight. Jump one, cross two."
