"So the first part of this dance, the first two counts of this dance are, one and two. What I'm going to do is start with my feet together. I'm going to brush my arms at my side and kick my right leg. One and, I'm going to bring my arms to a broken "T". Two, I'm going to settle my weight with my left foot and end in a "T". So again, it's going to be one and two, I bring my right foot back, step, I sort of brush my foot and two and I land with my left foot straight in front of me. Both of my feet are pointed forward, so again that step is one and two; I'm nice and tight in a "T" formation. So right now, I've got my arms in a "T" motion coming from a broken "T". Again, I'm going to repeat that step for you. I'm going to brush and land in a "T", that's one and two."
