"So what we are going to do now is do tosses so I'm going to start off with doing some singles. So you are going to put your right hand at the back and your left hand palm facing up around the buckle part. You want to dip it and you are going to push off with your right hand and bring this hand out. So push and it is here. So single is like this dip, catch, other way catch, dip it, and a good way to start a single is you do 2 drop spins 1,2, catch, dip, single, 1,2, catch, dip, single, and those are singles. So now we are going to move on to doubles so you want to start off the same way with 2 drop spins 1,2, catch, dip, 1,2, double, 1,2, catch, dip, 1,2, you want to catch it this way so you can start off with drop spins again and those are doubles."
