"So the first kind of toss I'm going to show you is called parallel. So just like the flag you want to start on your shoulder you can do it on your right side and just kind of lift it up. So what you want to do is push it up around your head level and you are going to release it when it gets here so you want to rotate it and let go here. So you do a complete parallel just a single and it looks like this and you catch it back the same way you started. So parallel, catch it and just kind of flick your left hand around, so both palms are facing out. Single, single, single and those are parallel tosses."
