"So now we are going to do flicks with a riffle. What you want to do now that you know drop spins you are going to do 2 of those 1,2, you are going to squeeze right here at the neck and you are going to kind of ripe you wrist back, keep your left hand free hand down, and regrab it. So that is kind of a half single unless you have it here it is all in the wrist. Flick it up and grab is and hold it really tight and you want to grab it so your left hand is palm down covering the nose. So when we do it fast it looks like this 1,2,3,4 bring it back catch, 1,2, flick it back, catch and those are right flicks. So these are called left flicks so you are going to put your right hand covering the nose and your left hand at the neck and you want to squeeze it really tight. So you are going to start off by doing 2 drop spins 1,2, and when you get here at the bottom your are going to bring your wrist back, flick it, and regrab it. So your right hand is covering the nose and you are right back where you started so do it again 1,2, bring it back, catch, 1,2, and catch, 1,2. So it is all in the wrist when you do your flicks and your regrab it, grab it so those are left handed flicks."
