"So this next exercise is called flourish and it looks pretty neat when we do it. So flourish kind of flowery. So when you do it you want to do is hip and shoulder, with your right hand palm facing up at the silk, and your left hand goes here at the tape mark. So you are going to bring your left hand down and you are going to pivot your feet to the side right or left I prefer left and you are going to bring it up and you are going to put the silk down, your back side then it goes back down to your right side. So you do it faster it looks like this and you want to try to keep it so your right hand is extend as straight as you can. So when you stop you can do 8 of these so 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, and stop it here and from your left side the same thing 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and just bring it right back so you grab it with your left hand and those are flourishes.
