"The dressing for this is actually hardly a dressing because it's just so simple. Literally just a little bit of cream, a little bit of Dijon mustard. Not a lot because, of course, we want the flavors to sit on their own. And a little bit of salt, combined, and it's just a little something because the ingredients are so fantastic on their own you don't want to confuse the flavors too much by making a really busy kind of dressing, if you will. So I'm going to just drizzle a little bit of this creamy mixture on top of each.. Don't need much. And on top to add a little crunch and a little sweetness, these are so wonderful and buttery. Some candied.. some Caramelized Walnuts. You can use Pecans as well. Doesn't that look fantastic? These are a perfect addition to our little bistro lunch."
