"So these are called singles you are going to do these a lot in any routine that you do. So you want to start with hip and shoulder, your right hand 8 inches into the silk and your left hand at the tape mark at your shoulder. Make sure you hold it really tight. So what you want to do is your right arm is going to come into the air and you are going to release it right about here and your left arm is going to come down this is called your free hand. You want to keep it down, it is not in the air, it doesn't get hit. So you are going to push off really hard with you left hand and you will release it right about here. So try these a couple of times and when you actually properly execute a single it is going to look like this and you want to catch it so your palm is facing down and your left palm is facing up. When you start again you want to switch them and do it again and those are singles."
