Those are actually called "carves" not cars.

Just thought you'd want to know the correct term.

Thanks... :)

"So the next exercise is called cars. What you want to do is put your right hand facing up covering the tap and put at your hip and your left hand is going to cover the but and it is going to be palm down. What you are going to do is slide your right hand towards the center of the poll and you want to keep your butt facing the belly button towards the belly button and you want to put it towards the center of your body so that is 1. The second check mark is towards the left side so the silk is facing left that is 2, the third check mark is like a little mini triangle so your left hand is extended and you right hand is a little bent. Check back 4 is your arms are both bent and it is right above your head. Check mark 5 is another triangle so your right arm is extended and the last one I want to keep it on your forehead and make sure that it is pointing towards the ground. Check mark 6 you just want to cross your arms and make sure that's it facing to the left the silk part and check mark 7 is right back to where you started. So if you did a full exercise it looks like this 1, and this is 2. Okay to do it a little faster looks like this 1,2,3,4. What you can also do is you can turn around and do it so your turn looks like this 1,2, turn, 3,4, turn, 5,6 and back to the front 7 and 8 and that is cars."
