"Hi, I'm Suzanne Von Schaack from Expert Village. Today I'm going to teach you how to cradle the baton and do a trick, just watch! Take the baton, put it in your right hand, head to your left, toe to your right, turn to the side just a little bit. Take the baton and let the head go all the way down and turn it right around until it cradles onto your shoulder. Let me show you that part again, this is a little tricky. Take the head, the head goes down under your arm, take the toe back and you cradle it. Let me show you again, head, toe goes up, cradle the baton. From here you can let the baton slide, catch it with your hand. And then if you're really good, you can flip it, catch it behind your back. Okay, let me show you the cradle again. Start with the right hand, turn the toe up, cradle on your shoulder, there you go, the head's behind my head, the toe is in front. That's how you cradle a baton."
