"Hi, I'm Suzanne Von Schaack with Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you how to twirl the baton by doing a couple combinations. First, we're going to begin by doing the hand to hand. Do the hand to hand then pass it behind your back. Catch it with the hand on the top. Bring it around, the head of the baton is always to your left, the toe is always to the right. Hand to hand, pass behind your back, catch it. Next we'll do a hand to hand, pass back behind your legs here. Catch it. Again, you bring it up, the head is here, the toe is to your right. After that, a hand to hand and you'll pass it between your leg. Another hand to hand, you'll pass it between the other leg. So here's the combination if you're doing it full time. Hand to hand, catch, hand to hand, catch, hand to hand right, hand to hand left. Do a little dance with your feet when you go from the right to the left. So let me show you that again. Hand to hand behind your back, hand to hand behind your legs, hand to hand right, hand to hand left. That's the combination with the hand to hand."
