I am the coach for the coach for the Cheer Odyssey Rockets Team, and we are going to be going over some different dismounts for advanced cheerleading. Okay go to a prep for me; ladies this is going to be a regular cradle position. Here we go regular cradle 5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 up1,2. Allie is up in the air, she is going to hit her high V cradling on 1,2 basic cradle pop her as high as you can. 5,6,7,8,1,2 Pop 3,4,5,6,7,8 out1. Good turn to the side. The next cradle you can possible do is a full twist cradle or full twist down. Here we go ladies! Full twist cradle from prep. 5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 out1. Face diagonal more this way. Here we go toe touch. 5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4 good place her out."
