" On behalf of expertvillage.com my name is Hung, and I'm the coach for the Cheer Odyssey Rockets team. I'm going to be talk to you about some jumps here. The first jump that we are going to be doing is a toe touch. It is going to be pretty basic in cheerleading. Okay guys here we go 5,6,7,8,1,2,3,4,5,jump,6,7,8,1,2,up3. The basic toe touch here we go count 5,6,7,8,clapping on 1,2, high b on 3,4, circle down to your knees 5 jump on 6 land 7,8 up 1. Okay, for a pipe jump this is a pretty advance jump. You got to have really good strength in you legs in order to this jump. Here we go your going 5,6,7,8 clapping on 1,2 high cone one 3,4 circle 5 again jump 6 land 7,8 come up on 1. Jump on cheerleading this a French stretch or a French hurdler. Here we go 5,6,7,8 clap,3,4,5jump6 land 7,8 come up on 1. Okay."
