"Hi! I'm Mandy Butler on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to talk to you today about cheerleading motions. Now I'm going to take my candlestick position and as I mention, I'm going to rotate my shoulder and point my fingers downward. My fists are going to look like this. They're going to be facing the ground, and that's going to turn it into a bucket position. I'm going to start in candlesticks. I'm going to turn my arms. My fingers are facing downward as if I'm holding 2 buckets. That's a bucket position. Now, I may do that with a right arm, which will make it a right bucket. I can do it with a left arm making it a left bucket. When I've got them both out together, that is a bucket position. If I rotate it, it's a candlestick. If I bring it back down, it's a bucket position. You're very rarely going to see any variation. You're very rarely going to see low buckets or high buckets, because we don't want to show this part of our hands. The only time we want to show our fingers and our palm side is typically going to be downward like you would do in a typical standard bucket position."
