"Now that our ramen noodles are finished cooking, we're going to drain them. Now if you're following the recipe on the packet of ramens, it's going to tell you to leave the water in, add that little seasoning packet and make some of that noodle soup. But we're creating BBQ chicken ramen noodles, a spicy southwestern dish that is also savory and hearty we don't want water in it. So we are going to go over the sink and a lot of people drain there noodles using a colander or strainer but like I said we're in the business of minimizing clean up here. So we're going to use our trusty fork. You are going to simply hold the noodles into the pot using your fork and pour the water off. Now you might be worried of what if I tilt it too far and the noodles all fall out around the fork. Well I'm just going to tell you right now it's okay if there is a little bit of water down in there. Cause look we're going to use our trusty fork to lift the noodles out of the access water and drop them into our mixing bowl with our other ingredients. "
