"Now we successfully opened our can of chicken, it's time to combine the chicken with the sauce. I'm going to go ahead and use my small mixing bowl to do that so you can tilt up the lid of the can and carefully remove. You want to be careful to remove cause the lid is sharp so you remove the lid from the can and there is our chicken. The chicken is going to look a little bit pink, it's boiled it's cooked all the way; don't fear of contracting some kind of food poisoning or anything like that from this chicken, it's perfectly healthy and good. Now this is where you use your trusty fork to remove the chicken from the can into your small mixing bowl, throw your can away. Then grab your BBQ sauce. Now then for one serving of chicken with one serving of ramens, you're going to use about anywhere from 2 tablespoons of BBQ sauce, just depending on your taste. I got the squeezable kind so I'm just going to give it 3 squirts and then just use my trusty fork to mix my sauce with my chicken."
