"Hi, I'm Marlene Spiegel, founding team leader from Wildtree. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Today I'm going to show you using the Aral garlic grape seed oil. It is a dipping oil but I use it to cook with on how we can just saute some spinach in it in minutes and you can use this for spinach, you can use it for asparagus, just about any veggies; string beans. Now, spinach you want to cook quickly, you don't want it to get soggy. So you have got to, even though you are cooking it on a high heat, you got to turn it quickly so it doesn't get all, as my husband would say, as the spinach you don't want to eat. Now as far as I'm concerned, I eat spinach anyway. I like it creamed, I like it sauteed like this, I like it in a spinach salad, but anyhow this will be your final dish. So let us scoop it in here. This is excellent with any kind of meats. I especially like this with a Sauerbraten on the side, this garlic mashed potatoes and the Sauerbraten, you have got a whole wonderful meal. The garlic dipping oil has minced garlic right in it, so this gives you the impression for your guests that you cooked all day and you have really only been in the kitchen for minutes. So have yourself a taste, smell the garlic."
