So let's get started. First you add the grape seed oil to a pan, I'm using the roasted garlic grape seed oil as produced by Wildtree. Excellent product because it is better pressed, so there is no additives or anything in it. Then I'm going to put in my green beans, nice hot pan and the red bell peppers. Stir those around. Now I'm going to add the mushroom seasoning. This is called Mia Bella Pasta Sauce Seasoning. But it has Portabella mushrooms right in it, you can add it to red sauce. Well I have experimented with this a couple weeks ago and I just think it gives the best flavor to my veggies. As you can see the Portabellas start to come up. This takes very little time, two to three minutes and they are really done because you want them so they are still a little crisp. This makes an excellent side with just about anything. You can put it with a chicken Marsala, you can put it with a pork, marinaded pork. You can put it with a fish dish or next to side of just pasta. So look at how easy is that, quick and easy and for you to enjoy.
