"Hi! I'm Marlene Spiegel. I'm from Wildtree, a founding team leader. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. And right now I'm going to show you the signature dish of Wildtree: Shrimp Scampi on pasta. I've used a whole wheat pasta so that it could also be a healthy meal. I'm going to add three tablespoons of the oil to my pan and get it hot. Then I'm going to put in three tablespoons of the Scampi blend, that is made by Wildtree. I used the garlic grape seed oil, my favorite. Being Italian, it's like the best next thing to having fresh garlic. I'm going to add just a little bit more and wait until the pan gets a little bit hotter. Just keep stirring it. And then I'm going to put the shrimp in it. This takes like two minutes to cook. Now, I cooked the pasta in advance as I said and I put aside a little bit of the water but you can also use white wine. Soon as this trims down I'm going to add the pasta with a little bit of the water to it. See how the shrimp is starting to get pink? Now I'm going to put the pasta right in. Toss it all up. Add a little bit of water. Let me tell you, you are not going to find anything that makes the seasonings like this one. It's got butter flavor. It's got garlic. It's got parsley. Everything you need to have if you are doing an Italian dish and the whole wheat makes it that much healthier. Just stir that in and just let it simmer like this until the water is cooked off. And then we are going to put it back in our pasta bowl, we're going to garnish it with lemon and parsley and serve some parmesan-reggiano cheese on the side. Back into the dish and garnish it with some parsley and a few lemons and we must taste it to make sure it tastes good. Trying to get a little bit of that pasta. Bon appetite! Mmmmm! Delicious! "
