"Hi, I'm Marlene Spiegel, founding team leader from Wildtree. I'm here today on behalf of Expert Village to talk to you about a wonderful, healthy side dish: cauliflower garlic potatoes. This is used in place of potatoes. You add one tablespoon of the garlic and herb blend from Wildtree, a tablespoon of the natural butter grape-seed oil from Wildtree, and you smash it together with two heads of cauliflower that have been boiled and steamed. I'm mixing this up and this is really a side dish in place of your garlic mashed potatoes. It will taste almost identical and yet have none of the starch associated with it. The grape-seed oil itself is half the saturated fat of an olive oil. It's a pure grape-seed oil, the garlic and herb actually contains no salt, but yet I use it as a flavor on most my food in salt. And then you can serve it as a side dish. You may want to look at Expert Village to see more healthy cooking tips from my segments, Thank you."
