"Hi, I'm Marlene Spiegel, I'm with Wildtree, a founding team leader. I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and I want to show you a dish, that once you look at it, you can't resist eating. It's the capri salad. At this time I've pre-sliced the tomatoes, I've used two large tomatoes and two balls of fresh mozzarella. I'm going to add a fresh mozzarella on each of the tomatoes and then I'm going to top that off with another tomato. Once I do this I'm going to sprinkle it with Wildtree's fantastic hearty spaghetti seasoning. It says to put it with red sauce but let me tell you you can use it for a million other things. I'm going to sprinkle that around and then I'm going to add some of the Wildtree's balsamic vinagrette. This is a vinagrette so you don't need anything else to it, just about a half a tablespoon on each one. And then as a garnish I'm going to put some fresh basil to make it attractive. And the fresh basil is the one thing I do still grow out in my yard. Anybody who knows me knows I have a brown thumb, but this definitely still grows plentiful in the hot Florida sun. And, now for the tough part, something that you just can't resist, I'm going to slice it with a knife and fork, and cut it and put it to my mouth. Bon Appetit."
